Q: “How long will it take for me to get my order?”

As each pet wool felt is handmade, the process takes time. Our current estimated turnaround time is 1-2 months for completion (refer to the product page for specific estimates), with an additional 1-3 weeks for shipping, depending on your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Q: “What is needed to start an order?”

Clear pictures are essential (the more, the better!): a front view, right side, left side, rear view, and a close-up of their face that captures their expression the best. High-quality photos are crucial in enabling us to craft the perfect likeness of your cherished pet.

Q: “How are they made?”

Each Pet Wool Felt is exclusively custom-made for your pet using the needle felting technique with 100% natural, soft wool. This technique involves repeatedly stabbing wool roving until it forms a solid structure. The nose and mouth of each Pet Wool Felt are also meticulously crafted by hand. In the case of full-body pets, a wire frame is incorporated to ensure the stability and mobility of the paws and tail. Q: “How do we guarantee your satisfaction with our pet wool felt?”

During the production process, we will provide you with pictures and videos for your review. If you have any concerns, we will discuss and make necessary modifications to ensure that your Pet Wool Felt closely resembles your beloved pet. We are dedicated to paying attention to details and capturing your pet's unique qualities.

Please keep in mind that although we make every effort to accurately depict your pet's likeness, minor variations in color may occur due to differences in electronic device displays. Additionally, the texture of the wool material and the constraints of the needle felting technique may prevent us from achieving a 100% exact match.

Q: “How can I incorporate my pet's real fur into the portrait?”

Upon request, we can incorporate your pet's actual fur, ashes, whiskers, or teeth in the portrait. Once your order is confirmed, we will furnish you with a mailing address for sending these items.

Q: “How do I make changes to my order?”
